Cancellations Or Reschedules less than 48 hours will result in a fee of $50.00 which is charged to the card on file. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS OR NO CALL NO SHOWS are charged Full Price to card on file.
Deposits are non refundable should you decide to cancel your appointment. (which we hope not, would love to service you!)
Masks are required in the salon as we are in so close proximity of one another (except during makeup applications)
After Hour Appointments ($100 additional fee)
Squeeze Ins (During Normal Hours) ($35 additional fee)
Lash Fills after week 4 will require a new set
Late/Tardy can only be accepted within 10 min of your appointment start time which also shortens your appt. Later than 10 minutes will need to reschedule and cancellation fee does apply.
Lash Fill Upgrade Fee: Want to upgrade to a fuller set? The change fee is $20 fee to upgrade your current lash fill. Example: Classic to Hybrid infill or from Hybrid to Volume infill Your lash artist will discuss with you in depth before proceeding :)
